Package Delivery: “ Seaside Hotel” with their Names.

  • All packages must be delivered to the Main Office at Room 7500 Collins, #120. ID required to retrieve packages.
  • A Package Handling Fee applies.

Hotel Policies:

  • Non-Smoking Property: Beachside Apartment Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Evidence of smoking in the room will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and/or possible eviction.
  • Housekeeping Service: Full housekeeping service is provided after 3 days of your stay. Additional requests before the 3rd day can be arranged by notifying the front desk.
  • Damaged Items: Any damage to linens or towels will be charged to the guest's security deposit. No exceptions.
  • Liability Notice: The hotel is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended.
  • Luggage Policy: Due to liability and safety concerns, we are unable to hold guests' luggage. Thank you for understanding.
  • Pets Policy: Pets allowed for a $150 non-refundable fee.

Hotel Amenities:

  • Daily Happy Hour: Join us for a free house drink of the day from 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM at our sister property: Oceanside Hotel 6084 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33141
  • Pool Hours: Open from 9:00 AM – Sunset. ( Seaside Hotel: 7310 Harding Ave (Pool Access)
    No pets or glass allowed in the pool area.

Parking Information:

  • On-Site Parking: Limited spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Use the ParkMobile App (Location #1631).
    Please note: Parking is managed by the City of Miami Beach and enforced 24/7.
  • Metered Parking: Metered parking is available near Collins Ave. Use the ParkMobile App to pay for parking.
  • Towing Warning: Be cautious of Tow-Away-Zone signs and private parking zones. Your car will be ticketed and/or towed if parked in unauthorized areas.
